Install
On Linux or macOS:
tar -xzf radarmodel_linux_amd64.tar.gz
sudo mv radarmodel-ai radarmodel-schema /usr/local/bin/
radarmodel-ai version
radarmodel-schema version
The binaries are pure Go and need nothing else installed. The macOS binaries aren’t signed by Apple, so macOS may block the first run. Allow it in System Settings under Privacy & Security, or run xattr -d com.apple.quarantine radarmodel-ai radarmodel-schema. On Windows, unzip the archive and run radarmodel-ai.exe or radarmodel-schema.exe from a terminal.
With Go installed you can also build it yourself:
go install github.com/radarmodel/radarmodel/cmd/radarmodel-ai@latest
go install github.com/radarmodel/radarmodel/cmd/radarmodel-schema@latest
Each binary is built by the release workflow on GitHub. Before a release goes out, the Linux and macOS builds run a smoke test offline. For radarmodel-ai: a baseline, a scan with no changes, then a watched model taken out of the list, which must warn on the first scan and exit 1 on the second. For radarmodel-schema: a baseline of a saved SQLite database, a quiet scan, then a copy with a column dropped, which must exit 1, and a missing file, which must be a failed scan.
Next: the quick start.
